STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to ALLTP Technologies.

• "Trade Name" refers to All Things Programming

• “Client” refers to any individual, parent, school, or organization purchasing services from the Company.

• “Services” refers to all programs offered, including but not limited to:

  • Continuous Innovators Program

  • Holiday Bootcamps

  • Coding Classes (online or physical)

  • Any digital or educational offerings

• All fees are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.

• Payment must be made:

  • In advance, or

  • Within 7 days of invoice issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Will result in immediate withdrawal of services.

• The student will no longer be allowed to attend classes or access any services until full payment is made.

   The Company does not offer debt collection services.

    If payment is not made within the required timeframe:

1. Services will be terminated or suspended immediately, and

2. The Client will be required to make full payment before services can resume.

• The Company commits to delivering high-quality educational services within agreed timelines.

• However, all services are provided on a “best effort” basis, and:

  • The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes (e.g., academic performance, job placement, or skill mastery).

• Access to services (classes, platforms, sessions) is conditional upon full payment.

• The Company reserves the right to:

  • Deny or revoke access in cases of:

    • Non-payment

    • Misconduct

    • Violation of platform rules

• Payments are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the Company.

• In cases where a refund is approved:

  • Administrative fees may be deducted.

• Are not refundable and may not be rescheduled unless explicitly allowed.

• The Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, income, or opportunity

• The Company cannot be named as a third party in disputes between the Client and any end user (e.g., parent-child outcomes).

• Any complaints must be submitted:

  • In writing, and

  • Within 8 days of service delivery or issue occurrence

• Any taxes, levies, or withholding required by local laws are the Client’s responsibility.

• The Company must receive the full invoiced amount, without deductions.

• All course materials, content, and systems remain the exclusive property of All Things Programming Ltd.

• Clients may not:

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Share content without written permission

• The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

• Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication.
